You will pee yellow but so worth it.!!!!
They will make your urine look yellow but they will give you a boost when you take them. I had a blood workup and was low in vitamin B my doctor suggested a vitamin B complex so I tried this brand and feel like I'm in my 30s again and I'm 67 for 21 more days.Sometimes I cut them in half after I'm feeling good again.
