Good Quality

I've used this for over a month now and regret buying it. I honestly don’t understand how this ended up as an Amazon’s Choice product. It feels like there was little to no Japanese design involved—aside from the name. The product design is just bad. It has a powerful motor and comes with four jars—you’d think that would be a recipe for success. Unfortunately, everything about its functionality is a letdown. Trying to make juice using the sieve and plastic jar? Good luck. The design forces you to stop repeatedly just to push ingredients in using a small stick that doesn’t reach everything. The opening is too narrow to be practical. Without the sieve, things don’t improve. The small blades sit in the center with a gap around them, and the jar’s shape doesn’t guide ingredients toward the blade. The powerful motor causes everything to spin away from the blades instead of being processed, even with plenty of water. The transparent jar is practically useless, and the metal jar suffers from the exact same poor design. The two grinders—large and small—have strong blades, but the jars share the same flaw. You can't grind anything properly because the motor is too fast. Ingredients just get flung to the sides, away from the blades, and stay there. Simple tasks become frustratingly long. You’ll spend almost an hour to get through any basic job because you’ll keep stopping to open the jar and push things back toward the blades. This product appears to be fully designed and manufactured in India, simply using the Panasonic brand name. Even the plastic molds show flaws, and the loud gold and red sticker gives it more of a festive Diwali feel than that of a quality kitchen appliance.

A great product

Been using it for a couple of months now. It’s made in India and works perfectly for Indian food be it making chutney or grinding haldi or making mango shake. I’ve previously tried French and British brands but they’re not designed for Indian food and leaks stuff. This one is at par with Sujata mixer grinder

It's a very lively and helpful grinder/ blender. I don't have to worry about breaking jugs no more. In UK we can't get these metal jugs. So took 1 from UAE

Had brought this back in 2013 and again now . This is one of the best heavy mixer and won’t disappoint you. It’s really reliable and can work without breakdown for a long time

It's an amazing mixer grinder....does the job absolutely as per our expectations. Panasonic has always proved its worth. I was too hesitant before I bought it but I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for an excellent grinder for you chutneys n dry masalas....then this one is the right choice for you. Wet jars are also very helpful. Yet to use the juicer but the other three ....I am very happy with. Delivered by Amazon absolutely in perfect condition & on time. STRONGLY RECOMMEND 😊😊

Its amazing motor beautiful style works great consumes very little electricity and has sensors that are very safe for kids don't waste if you take it

Just purchased it three months back and it stopped working. I only used it 2-3 time in a week to blend smoothie. With just this light use it . Now stopped working. I sent other countri and no warranty center now full west money.
