How to increase mist?

There's no option to increase or decrease the mist. Just timer ang color options.

How to change light intensity? Also mist intensity?

Not sure about mist intensity. But for the light you can keep pressing a button to keep it at a minimum

Diffuser not releasing mist after replacing water ?

You may have gotten the bottom wet( where you plug it in.) or filled it to much. Use the measuring cup they gave you and try again. Also maybe let it dry out outside for a few. If it still doesnt work ask for a replacement. Hope this helps.

How much water are you supposed to add with the essential oil? The measuring cup was missing in my box so checking here. 550ml or less? Thanks

You shouldn't accept it if it doesn't have a measuring cup. It shouldn't take more than 300ml, or even less, depending on the intensity of smell that you want. But i advise you not to buy at all because it loses its strength quickly, as in there's not enough pressure to push the mist up high enough
