Is it include a holder for the lock?

Seriously? i just order it and the main reason i bought it is because of the holder.

How do I reset the lock please? I cannot figure it out

To reset the code, you need to have the lock unlocked first. If the thing is locked and you forgot the code, you might need to get a locksmith. In any case, to reset the code on an unlocked lock: 1. Pull the ends apart so that the end with the numbers is separate from the one with the key-like rod. 2. Look at the very end of the part with the numbers. The hole where the key-like rod is inserted is actually a dial with the word "RESET" on it. 3. Turn that RESET dial clockwise until it can't turn anymore. 4. Set the numbers to the combination you want to use. 5. Turn the RESET dial counter-clockwise until it can't turn anymore, and you're done! The code is reset.
