Is this "perfect pull' as it is its bigger design?

I've never used the bigger, countertop version, so I can't say whether it is the same, but I will say it is all one piece - no weighted divider or anything like that. I love mine and it is now a must anytime I buy baby gifts for others - I've bought 3 total and highly recommend!

Does it fit for flushable wipes?

I'm not sure but I don't recommend this case. It's small didn't hold many wipes and mine dried out quickly in it.
