ESR Boost Phone Kickstand Compatible with iPhone 17, Samsung Galaxy

This kickstand is now a must have. Historically, I always used Spigen Tough Armor because I loved the kickstand. My last phone, the Motorola Edge Plus 2023, had no Spigen case available. So I picked up a liquid air case and popped one of these on it. That was 2 years ago. The kickstand is still on the case and still works amazingly. Yeah the paint has chipped and scratched off in a few spots, but it still is holding on with the original 3M adhesive like a champ. Today, I just put one on my Spigen Slim case on my Pixel 9. Absolutely love this product and cringe reading the poor reviews. I will not say I think it should be placed directly on a glass back, but I can say 💯 it grips a case like a champ. High quality product worth every penny.

I purchased this 3 years ago. Used it for a while and then got a new phone case with a built-in kickstand so I didn’t need it anymore. Until the built-in kickstand on my new phone case broke. I was able to replace the broken kickstand with this ESR kickstand. This comes with at least 2 adhesives. So this kickstand had been on this purple phone case for about 18 months. The adhesive just gave way so I replaced it now in March 2025. This is better than the built-in kickstand that broke. I applied it to the “well” where I removed the broken kickstand. It’s flush with the rest of the case and I think this helps keep it from falling off, especially since I keep my phone in my pockets a lot. Initially I was able to make it stand in portrait orientation, but after a couple of phone drops it weakened the hinge so now I can only use it in landscape mode (unless I lean it on something). I would 100% buy this again. In fact when I need a new phone case I’ll prob get one similar to this purple case where I can remove the built-in kickstand and replace it with an ESR kickstand. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a phone case with ALL the features I want (camera cover and kickstand that works in both portrait and landscape orientation).

This thing is awsome works great. I watch a lot of YouTube videos. For my gmrs radio hobby and how to program radio. And its great cause I can be hands free and the stand is very steady to use on any surface. I highly recommend this item. And its slim design fits in any phone holder or pouch.

I've been using this kickstand for about a week now and for what it is and for the price it's really good. You just can't beat 11 dollars, however there are a few things I've noticed. Cons - • the the adhesive on the kickstand itself is weak • after one shift of working with my phone in my pocket, the kickstand nearly came off by itself in mt pocket. • the weak adhesive also made the stand itself wonky and awkward to use standing up. You could angle it differently to provide more structure but it still left me wanting more. Pros - • luckily there is a solution for the weak adhesive. When you unpack the little kickstand you'll notice it uses a 3m adhesive strip. I bought a pack of 3m adhesive strips for 6 dollars, cut it out for the length to the kickstand and all the cons immediately went away. It's stronger than ever! • it uses real steel/metal so it's very durable however it does add some weight which may be a con for some people. • and finally it's simple, no fuss, and works everytime you need it to. My advice is to immediately get some 3m strips and help your little kickstand buddy out and it won't disappoint you. Overall, I would recommend this product if you're like me and you have a case without a kickstand built in. That being said, I would recommend to find a case with a built in kickstand if possible and please do not attach this kickstand to the back of your bare phone. However some cases with kickstands are not the greatest therefore this is a fine substitute for what it is. Just add your own adhesive strip! It'll make it putrude slightly but you'll be happy when you can brush your teeth and have your phone stand up stable. This is an accessory you don't realize you need until you have it so just take the chance, make yourself happy and give it a shot. This little thing is so durable I'll just remove it from my s25 ultra when I stop using it and attach it with another 3m adhesive strip when I get another phone in the next 5 years. If it doesn't last for 5 years then oh well I'll just buy another one! But for the week I've had it it's a fantastic purchase

Update (2/21/2026): Felt compelled to provide an update on this since it's been 6 years of DAILY and dare I say Intense use. THIS Kickstand is the BEST!!! It's still going strong and hasn't changed/degraded in it's functionality Whatsoever!! LOVE this product. I purchased multiple for use and a few more as back-ups.... I've never had to dip into the back-up supply LOL. Astonishingly GREAT. Highly recommend. Purchased 12/28/2020: This is precisely what I was looking for, didn't know existed, and should have thought to look sooo much sooner. This kickstand is so nicely and precisely engineered; the motion and tolerances are so tight, it makes for a very smooth and satisfying user experience. I'm ordering one more now so that I always have at least one more on hand. Note: It will not stick to a glass-back phone; solution is easy though, I just grabbed crazy glue, a metal plate that I never used that was left over after buying a magnetic mount for the phone, glued it to the inside portion of the case, and vioa-la. I loved it while I had it, it’s small and out of the way has a nice click Only reason I’m rating 3 stars is because it didn’t stay on long it’s only been 2 months and it is already falling off often, my case is clean and the material of the case shouldn’t have any problem bonding with the adhesive pad things including. They did include an extra adhesive but even after attaching it it keeps falling off. It also gets scratched wayyyyy to easily

Great idea. I like the fact that it's made of aluminum and the hinge is nice and stiff. The only down fall is the adhesive backing. I needed to add the extra strip to it to make it stick to a silicone case. Other than that it's a great kick stand.

It looks small but is hell of a product , used many models earlier , but this one if fixed at the right spot on the back , does what it stays , keeps the mobile straight like a giraffe , very stable and a no non sense product , good simple innovative product

This stand is much better than other similar products. Looks high quality and so far hasn't let me down. Has replaced the larger stand at my desk. While typing in vertical position, it's better to use one hand to hold the phone. In horizontal position make sure to follow the instructions as per the guide. The glue takes time to set in. Keep that in mind. A must have accessory for your phone.
