What does this do for the calcium content in water? Does it provide ion exchange?

No visible improvement in controlling calcium content and no it does not provide ion exchange. Have been using it for a year, and we didn’t find any marked reduction in hair fall or scalp/skin health.

Do we need to change filters after 6 months or the cartridge?

Yes! I would even suggest after the 4th/5th month max if you live in the UAE 😊

What is the valifity of this item

Hi Muhammad, Thank you for reaching us. You mean the validity or usage? On average, the filter lasts 4 to 6 months depending on usage. However it depends on the quality of your water, if the chlorine content is high then probably lesser than 6 months. You will know when to change the filter in 2 ways: 1) your water pressure will slow down as the inline cartridge starts to solidify and block, 2) you will feel the dryness in your hair and skin in return.
