How do you clean these blankets?

Usually it is disposable. It cost just $0.60 a piece. But you can clean it any way you like - wipe, wash.

Can it be used inside infrared sauna blanket?

This foil mylar blanket isolate heat and cold. It preserves temperature or trap the temperature. If you wrap yourself inside sauna blanket you will loose the whole point of sauna. You will isolate heat of sauna because you put foil between heat and your body. It is great with HealthyLine heating pads to CREATE a sauna. When you just cover your body while laying on the heating mat - you trap all the heat for yourself.

Can you use this foil with infrared LIT waist belt

You can use it but do not put between body and the belt. Wrap around the body and the belt outside.
