Will this fit the big listerine bottle?

I do not know if it will screw tightly to a listerine bottle but even if it doesn't attach it can be used. I use mine to change out water on a glass gallon jug aquarium loosely fitted.

can this be used for isopropyl alcohol?

Maybe. That’s a lot of alcohol. Why not put it in a spray bottle.
