Good Quality Mixer
We have been using this mixer for about 2 years without any issues. It grinds wells. We use all the 3 jars. Their customer support is responsive and quick.We make all kinds of chutnies and so far happy with our purchase.

Works fine but Jar inner coating is coming off
After first use, big jar's inner coating started peeling off if you can notice in the pics, do not want it to mix with the food. Also used medium jar once, it seemed okay. Grinding function seem to be working fine but disappointed with the inner steel coating issue as I was so excited to get this appliance.

Very easy to clean makes cooking a breeze.
A friend asked me to order this for her. It is amazing for blending, grinding spices etc Love the stainless steel bowls so easy to clean. She then ordered another one. I was waiting for the sales so i can get one for myself. It does a better job for mincing garlic and ginger etc than my Vitamix does.

One week review
I have only used it to make ginger garlic paste and chutneys and I am amazed how fast it makes a smooth paste. It's not noisy at all. Only thing is the jar doesn't lock tightly to the bottom but that's ok because I'm holding the lid tight. I am waiting to test how the dosa batter comes out and how long this mixer lasts because my preethi mixer died within 2 years of purchase . I hope for good. I love the green color.

The least suitable mixer for extended use.
The bottom near the base of the jar wis starting to corrode, and the lid is cracked, indicating poor quality. It worked well initially, but now it can't handle medium loads. Additionally, it produces a fuming smell during grinding.

Have been having an amazing experience with this product since last two months. It had gone out of stock with my order. Seller called me and offered to send an upgraded version 'Vidiem Eva Nero Mixer Grinder 650 watts - 110V' at the same cost. It's been working as expected. It's the only product/brand I found that meets all the Indian requirements from a mixer grinder. Excellent product!
