It's an electronic ballast; It works
Worked according to specs in a 2 lamp fixture. Picked this one because it was same dimensions as the magnetic ballast being replaced. No more HUM. Working fine.

Failed after 5 months Do Not Recommend
As with all products time will tell...well it only took 5 months to tell the story. Avoid this product as it failed in 5 months. Important to note that this is in my garage and not used everyday so hours in use is very small. Only has a 30 day warranty which is nothing. Lesson learned buy cheap buy...well buy it again, but not this it's not worth it. I'd give it a 0 star if I could.

Worked perfectly - easy replacement of failed ballast. First time I'd replaced one.

first time replacing a balist, my old one had a different wire layout, but the diagram on this one was good enough to understand what needed to change. nice and bright now, no more flickering lights.
