Is Irish flag double stitching?

It is very well made and the first one lasted through two Northeast winters. The flag remained intact but the color faded, so I got a new one.

Does Irish flag tear up easily?

No. I only have it out for a week around St. Patrick's Day. It's been in wind and heavy rain and I've had no problems. It dries quickly, too.

Can it be hung indoors?

Yes, it can. I have several hanging indoors as decoration in an office.

Does the color fade out if I hang outside?

I think all colors fade with exposure to uv, it is a matter of time. It should last several years, longer if out part of the time.
