This looks better than it works. I have lots of lighters for lighting canles, incense sticks and BBQ's. So I have plenty to compare too. I have another jet style lighter which works perfectly but is not as nice looking as this one. This lighter simply seems to take up to 4 attempts to get it lit every use, which I find annoying. If I had to use it every day I would have probably returned it, especially for the price. But I don't and can therefore put up with it. Everything else is great, once lit it works well and doesn't go out until the trigger is released. It feels good and of good quality. It was easy to fill directly from a can (no adaptor required). If it lit first time, every time it would be a 5 star product, but it doesn't. So would I recommend or buy again, well simply no to both. I would try another lighter and pass this one by.

I bought this double pack to have one in the living room and another in the conservatory, their extra length make them amazing for lighting tall jar candles where it’s difficult to reach the bottom. Operations is quick and simple with a reliable jet style flame offering direct controlled heat with the small radius output. Wind resistant making them difficult to get blown out and easy click operation. They are also refillable with standard butane canister gas making them great for longer term sustainable use and not just another throw away item. The are well constructed from aluminium and plastic and are light weight and comfortable to hold in your hand. They could easily also be use to light other items suck as firework long fuses, gas hobs, camping stoves or starting up a long burner or outdoor patio fire pit. Well worth the money; would buy again (although won’t need to as the pack came with two!!)

Ignition broke on one within the first day

after many failed attempts with matches and extended lighters for BBQ, i tried this, freezes when adding lighter fluid and takes a fair amount, end result pleasing when the blow torch like effect works. Now easier to light bags of charcoal etc.

Easy to use. Great flame. No issues.

Es el segundo mechero que compro -el primero se estropeó del uso, cosa lógica en todas las realidades-, y el que me llegó funciona perfectamente bien. ¡Ojalá dure tanto como el primero, años!

Très bon briquet tempête. Fonctionne dans tout les sens. Attention de bien l allumer dans le bon sens la tête en haut. Sinon ouille ouille ça brule la main. Je recommande.

Questo accendino a gas anti vento si è dimostrato da subito molto ben realizzato ed utile. La fiamma ovviamente resta accesa anche in presenza di vento. Lo uso con regolarità e finora ha sempre funzionato molto bene. Arriva scarico e pertanto se lo volete utilizzare subito dovete avere la ricarica del gas, che potete acquistare presso qualsiasi tabaccaio.
