Perfect Fit
This Box was purchased to Blank Off an unwanted Fishman Piezo Pickup system. I can now sell the Fishman System complete with loom and box with the output jack I use a Condenser Microphone to amplify my guitar when needed. This empty Battery Box was a perfect fit. A bit pricey, but nice.

This is a Project
This product, like other similar available on Amazon is a knockoff of the Fishman battery box. Purchasers should know that the Fishman battery box has a small circuit board with spring pins that make contact with the 9-volt battery; just drop the battery in the box, close the cover and you are ready to go. This knockoff has no circuit board and no method of connecting a battery. Furthermore, the Fishman uses a low profile 1/4" jack. A standard Switchcraft type jack is too large to fit this application. If you purchase this item, plan to spend some time and money making it work.

Correct part, but missing some things
This is the correct replacement box for the Fender Fishman output jack / battery combos. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have the pads inside that hold the battery in place and doesn’t have the battery orientation sticker that the Fishman box has. The battery will bounce around in the box.
