tast great and helps you to relax.
Love the taste and helps me to relax before going to bed. It is more expensive than I prefer to pay, but i like it so It is not an everyday night routine.

A night doesn't go by without a cup of my favorite tea.
One of my favorite teas. It is a part of my nightly routine. To sit with a steamy cup of yummy tea that has a bit of a floral (but not overwhelmingly so), while I stay vigilant to make sure I don't get my paint wash water mixed up with my cuppa of yummy tea as I paint, is one of life's wonderful pleasures. I don't know if it helps me to sleep or not since I am a bit of an insomniac, but I do no, it is relaxing. The quality of the tea is very good, and the taste and aroma are the same from one batch to the next. A container is always in my cupboard.

Lovely herbal tea. Complex fruit aroma. Lovely tea sacks. Comforting and relaxing for a pre- bed cup of warm tea.

Wonderful Taste and Aroma!
Even though the tea has changes its contents from a few years ago, it's still quite delicious and relaxing.
