OMGosh this works great. I replaced an old old old mat I had from Tupperware. It didn’t have the silicone backing and I repositioned it several times each time I used it for YEARS. happened to see this and ordered it right away. Stays put. Nice and thick. Bought the 20X28 size and plenty of room to roll out my noodles and it didn’t move one inch. Definitely recommend for your pasta, pie crust, cookies whatever you’re rolling out. It says dishwasher safe. Can’t imagine stuffing it in a dishwasher; it’s easy enough to rinse and wipe clean

I've used a well oiled and floured pastry cloth for ages, but it still slides a bit when starting a dough. This silicone is just ever so slightly tacky (hate to use the word, but it fits) and grips both under surface and doudg to perfection. A simple lift of an edge and it releases both from surface and dough releases from mat. Easy clean and store solution. No complaints here. RECOMMENDED

This has improved my baking! I bought this silicone map with the paired cookie sheet - they are high quality, non-stick, and easy to clean - just use a wet paper towel or lightly soapy sponge. The silicone material has held up and not become overly discolored dispite heavy use. There is no need to grease the sheet, so it’s super easy to use and there is no negative impact on cookie taste!

The red color looks nice on the counter and makes it easy to see light colored dough against it. The extra large size covers most of my counter space which means no flour or sticky dough getting on the granite. Spills and messes stay on the mat. Cleanup is just a quick rinse and wipe. Beats scrubbing dried dough off the counter every time. 28 by 20 inches is big enough for any home baking project. Price is reasonable for the size and quality. It's a simple product that just works.

If you make biscuits, breads, cinnamon rolls, pastries or pie shells: get this!!!! It’s huge, unrolls flat (takes a minute or two to truly flatten out after unrolling) and the dough either does not need additional flour or the bare minimum to keep it from sticking. Just don’t use a knife on it! When you’re done just roll it back up and tuck it away!
