Arrived quickly and small enough to ho through letterbox. Found it quite easy to set up, plenty of videos on you tube to help. We had to get a better skill than the one Alexa offered for SKY Q but now the box is absolutely great. We now don't need a remote and can ask Alexa to " turn on BBC or FILM 4 etc. So good we have just ordered another for another room.

replacing logitech as they have pulled the plug on their product line (and it was pretty bad), this is very good, 2 minutes to install and get working, 5 minutes to have basic control over tv, hifi and STB. Alexa integration is ok, on par with others. Good product, easy to use,

This worked well with the tv and relatively well with my motorised blinds. The louvalite blind controller was substantially more expensive than this one and as per a previous review it controls the blind’s just fine. My set up is with four roller blinds controlled by one remote control. The only issue I’ve had is one of the blinds doesn’t always work and it’s not always the same one. Not sure if there’s a setting to prolong the time the signal is sent but will look into it.

The IR works well. Its under my TV and the signal reflects off the sofa/ wall with enough intensity to operate the TV + AMP. The RF is another story. It goes through phases where it will not work at all for a day or 2. You can recode it and try but still nope. Happens with multiple devices so I know its not a rolling code issue. Been using it for blinds and windows. Gave up on the windows and used a zigbee module instead. It only sees devices as on/off so you have to think outside the box a little when setting Alexa routines. You cannot say turn on tv and it will work, you have to make a routine first. Bit convoluted and clunky.

Amazon are fine this ia gripe with Broadband for a starters and a reach out. Very dissapointed in mine at least the RF module is not fit for purpose. I had one previously which I've annongyingly mislaid so bought a new one since the app and general ecosystem is updated. Somehow they have made RF (Radio Frequency) not work through any solid object. For beginners radio waves are meant to go through things that's why your normal radio works indoors. Mine won't turn on a 4 way RF433.92 switch that sits behind the sofa. If I move it so it's in clear site of the remote then it works. I suspect it was hypersensitive when I tried the auto find frequency option and it found the value of 433 Mhz which makes for much worse learning than 433.92. As I write this now am thinking maybe best way forward is wifi but that uses alot of power. Anyone found an alternative soluition? Maybe a USB dongle with Home Assistant. Also adding each socket is a right pain why they have no option for four gang I don't know

Make sure you understand if the product you want to control is IR (Infrared) or RF (Radio controlled). I nearly bought the IR only one, then realised I needed the better / more expensive one that did RF as well. I purchases this to protect some old paintings and old books in a room from strong morning sun from the East. We had remote control blinds that we manually controlled. Now all automated with time, room temperature, and whether outdoors is sunny or not. We purchased the RM Pro with sensor. My only ask would be an option to have a separate sensor lead as opposed to it being part of the USB power cable. It would give a few more options on placing it As I said brilliant. In our home network we have already a separate 2.4Ghz-only WiFi network split off and only used for "simple"/"old" devices e.g. oven! I don't know how the product works with router / access points that are in default setting and broadcast a single network name on 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz.

This is the second time I tried a BL.. Had many issues with earlier model. This one is superb and works flawlessly. It's only downside is not having Bluetooth which could allow pairing with Fire TV if collaberating with Amazon. Amazing bit of kit. I think it's time for 'bye bye' Samsung Hub too. Samsung are leaving the smarthome market. This Amazon sold model supports European IR frequencies not USA lower frequency.

This is my second RM4 pro and it's in my workshop. I control my wall mounted A/C (mini split), sound system, dust collector/vacuum and ceiling mounted air filter. Three are IR controlled, one is RF controlled and everything runs off my phone now. These things are like the universal translator from star trek! I can also check the temperature in the workshop before I go out there, and decide if I should run the heater or air conditioner ahead of time. Great product.

J'ai acheté cette télécommande universelle en pour me permettre de contrôler la TV avec Alexa. Et sans doute plus tard, y lier des plafonnier ventilateur...on verra toujours est-il que c'est simple ! J'ai pu creer des routines pour Madame, et la réponse est instantanée. Le boitier est sous la TV dans un meuble, (non fermé) . Les réglage sont hyper rapide , j'ai rapidement trouvé une télécommande compatible avec ma Télévision, et à partir de là, creer les scène pour Alexa. Une fois le skills actif sur Alexa, la détection est immédiate, et la reconnaissance niquelle. Les routine sur l'application sont personnalisable, et permette de creer des scène bien précise. Par exemple , creer une routine de démarrage sur le profil de Mme directement. - Allumer la Tv - Lancer Netflix -Attendre 50 secondes (je sais... elle est lente cette Tv... :( ) - Faire 4 fois "Haut" (parceque 4 profil au total...ça me permet d'être sur de revenir sur le premier) - Faire 2 fois "Bas" (pour revenir sur le profil de Madame) - Faire "Ok" Et Bim... profil ouvert Combiné avec Alexa, et un simple "Alexa, soirée netflix !" Tamise la lumière du salon , désactive les équipements inutile alentour, et démarre le profil de Mme sur Netflix ! Plus qu'a préparer les Snack le temps que tout démarre :)

Necesitaba un mando de este tipo para la planta de arriba de mi casa, ya que llevaba años usando el 3 mini para la planta de abajo. Compré este por su soporte para RF y no me equivoqué, detecta bien los ventiladores de techo Cecotec que tengo en cada habitación y funciona a la perfección. Eso sí, no he encontrado ni los ventiladores ni los radiadores para los que lo uso en la propia app, en todos tuve que usar el modo aprendizaje, en los que necesitas los mandos originales y clona la señal. Por lo demás genial. Además, lo adquirí con el sensor de temperatura y humedad, y hace lecturas bastantes fieles. Una compra recomendada.
