what is the likelihood of pulling this card out of a generations booster pack?

Very unlikely. I have opened over 200 generations booster packs and only got 1. Keep in mind that the generations packs are roughly $7 each if you buy them retail in the Mythical boxes. So you can pay $700-1400 opening packs (you'll get a lot of extra cards too, but you may not want those and have to successfully sell them to get your money back) or.. you can buy the single card. If you're looking for specific cards, then single card purchases are the way to go every time.

I'm not 100% sure. I think it is a regular sized card.
