so you are looking for adult diapers and this is one of the things you are searching for. well go no further as this is the one and only best adult diaper out there in the market. there is no other like this . and yes I have tested dozens of others and have a mountain of those still hanging around my house. why is this the best . well for beginners it absorbs like 2 litres of liquid. and 2 litres is a lot of liquid. some bed ridden patients hold urine till they go to sleep. and they can release around 2 litres in an hour . well I would recommend the Tena maxi xl pads inserts for that scenario so you can push the patient sideways and slide that filled up pad out and leave them with this diaper still dry for the night. the second best reason this should be used is that it keeps solids and semi paste solids safely inside . you do need to buy the right waist size and going up a size will not keep it sealed as the tight also need to be sized properly via trial and error buying its other sizes . it is available from small till xl or maybe 2xl. I dont know about 2xl . I have seen xl. for normal 50 to 85kg person . 5'5" inch height the medium should be ok. I used large and the paste thing flowed out from the thighs as that part was not hugging the tight tightly. is it easy to put on completely bed ridden patients. yes its easy and more secure. better then baby diapers style adult diapers with sticky velcro type of things. its thick and absorbent . its not going to be discreet in trousers. its not cheap. £0.90 ish / diaper is average and certain bed ridden patients need 3 to 4 changes a day. depending on laxatives given. is there a work around such expensive diapers. no there is no work around. if you do then you will pay in bedsheets runied or underpass and cloths and bed sheet washing expenses and you will finally get exhausted and give in and then get your senses back and decide to only ever buy this diaper. the maxi is the most absorbent Tena makes. not the night one. just this one. there is maxi night . forget about it . its good buy non of the other versions are as good as this one. especially at keeping solids and pastes within the confines of the diaper. I usually buy 2 boxes of 4 diapers which is 80 diapers inside both boxes. and they last around a month. I also use amazon industrial paper towel and Tena wash cream coupled with foaming non alcoholic hand wash which doesnt need rinsing to clean stuff inside the diapers. is this read for everyone. no. is it going to make your life easier. yes. should you still search for other brands. maybe this person never tried to use other more expensive or premium brands. well good luck . nobody wants to see pictures so there are non attached here.

I have M.S so have severe incontinence these pants are a life saver they hold a lot. I hardly ever leak so easy to use and are comfortable. They are like normal pants you forget they are incontinence pants

Why did you choose this product over others?: I buy these for my disabled mother and prefer these Maxi for the absorbency compared to other Tena variations. Value for money: Cheaper than the stores in my area and especially when bought in bulk. Fit: In the stores you can mostly find the Large size and the Medium is often sold out or not in stock for some reason. Overall I will continue purchasing these for my mother as long as the price stays cheaper than other places.

Confortables, bien élastiqués, ils s'enfilent comme une culotte, et s'enlèvent rapidement en déchirant les côtés. La taille "Large" taille vraiment très grand : à conseiller à partir d'une taille 50. Sinon, les "mediums" peuvent être suffisants. Ne pas hésiter à acheter ce produit pour une utilisation temporaire, ou même permanente en cas d'incontinence totale.

Lo compré para mi madre, para pequeños escapes. Tena tiene buena calidad, se ajusta perfectamente. La talla L es para una 42, aunque al ser ajustable pienso que no habría perdidas en alguna talla menos o si se tiene mas talla. No deja salir el olor, de tacto suave, es como una braguita, no hace ruido al andar y es comoda y no se nota que la lleva puesta. Muy contenta con la marca y con amazon, ya que llegó puntual.
