I love this game. This expansion adds a nice amount of variety with cards that you can choose an "either or" action. Great! Shame this game is mostly out of print :( Some of the new cards are great fun.

Nice addition to base game with new mechanics

Was bought as a Christmas present. Receiver was pleased.

Amazingly fun game with lots of thinking and strategizing. However you will lose friends and family. So far I've played it 3 times with my family and civil war is already about to break out. Totally worth it.

I picked up this expansion after extensive play with the base game, looking specifically for something that would disrupt familiar strategies without bloating the ruleset. The Nightmares pack integrates cleanly into the existing deck, with card stock and finish that are indistinguishable from the original set. Shuffling feels consistent despite the added thickness, and after several sessions the cards have shown no curling or edge wear. The horror-themed illustrations are darker but still legible across the table, and the iconography remains clear even in faster rounds. In play, the new mechanics reward calculated risk rather than brute accumulation, which noticeably shifts pacing. I found that games became more volatile, with sudden reversals that kept even experienced players attentive. That said, the expansion leans heavily towards interaction and disruption, which can stretch playtime if the group already tends towards defensive play. It is not a standalone product and offers little value without regular access to the base game. Overall, it succeeds as a meaningful shake-up rather than superficial variety.

Só nao vai ganhar 4 estrelas por não ter no Brasil o preço ser alto pra gente, lembrando que as cartas são em inglês. Recomendo pra quem já e acostumado com o jogo e as regras otimo pra aquele grupo de amigos competitivos ao extremo.

Me encanta esta edición. La calidad es igual al juego comprado en tienda, de hecho no se diferencian las cartas, así que lo recomiendo.

Esta expansión viene en ingles, es sencillo la traducción por lo que no hay problema para jugar, se requiere el juego base. Es muy divertido el juego, recomendable si te gusta las películas de terror, agrega una nueva dinámica la cual es remover cartas del juego por partida.
