I have purchased this pack of TV remotes twice Not because they failed but because my household treats remote controls like they are disposable The original TV remote disappeared No explanation Then replacement remote one vanished Replacement two followed Replacement three was chewed by the dog And now we are down to the last remote Despite all this chaos let me be clear this remote is excellent Setup could not be easier We put in the batteries pointed it at the TV and it worked immediately No complicated programming no tutorials no frustration A big bonus is that it comes preset with the apps we actually use which made it even better Everything is right there ready to go The final remote standing still works perfectly The buttons are responsive the layout makes sense and it feels sturdy though clearly not dog proof I love this remote I trust this remote I am emotionally invested in this remote When this last one inevitably disappears I will buy this pack again because the problem is not the remote The problem is us Five stars May this final remote survive longer than the others

This was the same quality and the same remote as my original. Worked perfectly and was fairly priced.

My original Samsung remote volume button stopped working. So I purchased this one for a quick fix replacement It had worked great for a while. And it was just like the original. I could tell it was not OEM but this is just a simple remote and I wasn't too worried. Everything operates and feels just like the original remote. I don't watch TV too much. So this remote didn't get much use but after about a year the channel up and down button started acting just like the volume button on the original remote. I'm still using it but it doesn't always do what I ask it to do. All the other buttons work but the channel up and down button also depresses for channel guide when you press it straight down and that's the problem I'm having. I have to press it five times or more to get the menu to pop up. I'm sure it's a common problem with these remotes. Given the price of the remote I'll probably order another one when it's time.

I bought this cuz my brother lost the damn remote smh. And so once I got these you put the triple A batteries and BOOM it works swell and well simple! The size is small but it’s perfect honestly. And as of the time I write this my brother damm lost the backup remote again!! SMHH now im using the last one God help I hope he doesn’t lose it again🤣🤣

I recieved this super quickly!! It looks just like my old one. Color and shape are the same. I put batteries in, and it worked just perfectly. The back is a little tricky to get off. A flathead screwdriver helps the process. I couldnt get it to snap back on, but Gooolged it and found a video that showed how to do it quickly. I am very satisfied with the pruchase. It is a great replacement and the price was reasonable. Good value andfit for my needs.

Works fine for my Samsung series 6 curved scren TV (model #UN65KU6500). The photo in the ad indicated that it had the "sexy" ergonomic curved shape of the original Samsung remote control. Not true. This one is flat & cheap-looking. But it works great. This one (the replacement) has a series of keys that the orginal didn't. Keys labelled "Netflix", "HBO", etc. They don't do anying for my TV. But all of the keys on the new controller that were also on the original one work fine, and the layout is the same as on the original one.
