I LOVE LOVE LOVE this device. It helps put my spine and ribs into alignment so I don't have to go to the Chiropractor as often. In fact, everyone in my house uses it when their spine is out. It works so well that I have a running joke with several friends that they don't come over to visit me, instead they come over to visit this and a few other alignment tools I have. Funny story. My husband's back was bothering him, so he got out this device and layed down on it. Then we had two friends come over, see my alignment tools, grab them, and lay down on them. Once they were finished they passed the devices to the next person. Then another 2 friends arrived and, after watching what everyone else were doing and asking about it they wanted to use them, but they had to wait their turn. I will say that this product is very difficult to adjust, but I've found that it works just fine for everyone, if I leave it in the strongest position, so I never need to actually adjust it. Would I get it again? If I couldn't find it I definitely would. I'm actually here to add this to several friend's Christmas Presents' List. (Not the ones who only visit me to use this! I would hate for them to stop visiting me because they have their own back adjuster. lol)

I have one of the worst backs of anyone on the planet... I have failed back surgery- a real medical term. I have yet another back Dr appt at the end of the month... which is usually useless... last time was told ... literally.... that my back was so effed that there was nothing can do. I am a person that has about one-two hours in the morning of working time. I do what we all call: reflex screaming. I can just be laying in bed and not move 1/4 inch and start screaming and flopping like a fish. It’s something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I’m also on very strong prescription meds. Enough about me.... Got this product yesterday; just put it together today.... hard for me to put together- on the lowest setting.... it hurt my back to even do that. But it’s together and I got on the floor and was on this thing for only 2-3 minutes! It made me dizzy. Took me 15 minutes to get off the floor. BUT my back feels better.... I’m actually freaking and I mean freaking... AMAZED! I can move, I can walk. No; the pain isn’t gone but it really did help. If this little contraption can help ME- even in a very few minutes- with the vicious back that I do have; I can see this helping everyone! I am definitely going to update this review after I use this more- I want to first try this in the morning- first thing.... when I’m really stiff but before I do any cleaning... and before my back is blown out for the day!

***Review from a registered therspist*** (No one paid me to write this). If you're looking for great lumbar support, look no further. I'm a registered Occupational Therapist and I myself have been experiencing low back pain. Based on my knowledge I believe it to be a bulging disc. I'm in home health which means I'm driving to my patient's home's all day. With an injury like this, the spine must be put in extension (that means bent backwards). Prolonged sitting in my vehicle has taken a toll on my back, as my car does not have great lumbar support. Not only does this work for putting your spine in extension by laying on it, but it's also perfect lumbar support for the car. I've tried the Mckenzie log roll and other lumbar cushions but this product actually works. I no longer have pain during my work day. I use the low setting and it does not force me to sit awkwardly in my vehicle like other products. I've actually purchased two of these-one for my car and one to use in the home to stretch my spine and put it in extension. I don't often leave reviews but this product is worth it! I also recommend this product to my patients!

Very well made, sturdy, the foam is slightly hard on the first day and having something in my back takes a little bit to get used to but on the second day, I didn't even notice it was there anymore, it is just plain comfortable and definitely helps with my posture. I use it for my office chair where i sit all day long. The chair is a regular office chair with a high back and armrests, the cushion fits perfectly, just the right thickness and I am not sitting on the edge like some other comments mention. There is only one strap so you have to keep it tight if you dont position the cushion at the very bottom but it stays in place so it is fine. Length of strap is plenty for any size chair. Only a few days and I love the product, I may get another ine for my car.

This seat has greatly helped my back and has made all the difference in looking forward to a long drive. Every couple of weeks I have an 8 hr. drive one way and now I drive pain free. I considered several other supports for purchasing but decided on this one because it is not as deep as others I looked at. I am grateful this support is not deeper as it would not serve any purpose. A deeper one would put me too far away from the steering wheel. Also, I do not use the back strap as I wish to easily raise and lower the cushion during my trip. I sometimes bring the cushion into the house and use it at my desk. I doubt the strap is long enough for my car seat, so someday I may cut it off. Last thing is that I really like the curved side support for my back. I wouldn't mind if the cushion was less wide to provide more side support for me BUT I am small female.

I sit frequently for work and my chiropractor recommended that I get a lumbar support pillow like this to help with back pain. This pillow is exactly like the ones in her office. It works well to keep me sitting straight, it is comfortable, and the clip that goes around your chair keeps it in place. My only complaint is that on most chairs I've tried it on, it takes up a lot of space, which ends up pushing me closer to the edge of the chair. It ends up feeling awkward like I'm half on the chair and half off, so I end up not using this product as much as I would like. I did not notice a smell as other reviews have described. This is a quality product, just consider your seat size before buying.

I suffer from degenerative bone disease in my back and have herniated 9 discs in my back. Now it causes bulging discs. I have a lot of sciatic problems and thoracic pain. This board is AMAZING!! Please start on level one even though it doesn't look like much of a curve. It stretches out my back and shoulder muscles as well. I'm on level two now and got in some good adjustments. I heard the cracking and popping. It felt so good. 10 minutes a day people! That's all it takes! Plus I use it on my chair as back support. I highly recommend this product!! Worth every penny.

This cushion is so comfortable and relaxing, I love relaxing by lying on it after i come back for work, totally tired up. It's perfectly soft which doesn't cause any sort of pain in fact it relieved me from my surveical pain. Loving it's coziness.

I got this to help with back aches and it’s been helpful with stretching out my back to reduce aches. I use it occasionally and I have found no problems with it. I wouldn’t recommend lying on it for long periods as it may get uncomfortable. Otherwise, i recommend it.
