Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

These bands are nice. They offer a range of resistance options so you can continue to build strength. The stretch is good and they seem durable. This is my second set, the first was lost in a move and those were still in good shape.

These bands are great. They are durable. They have lasted a long time. I love them. You can use them in so many ways. They go wherever I go, nicely packed in their carrying case. I see results in my arms in just a few days. I have even gifted my granddaughter with a set. I highly recommend them as a good purchase.

Overall, this is a really solid set of resistance bands, especially considering everything that comes included. They are a bit smaller/narrower than I originally anticipated, but they perform really well. The set comes in a range of resistance levels (strengths)—labeled from extra light all the way to extra heavy—which makes it super easy to scale your workouts depending on the muscle group you're targeting. I especially love the compact carry pouch; it makes the bands incredibly portable and convenient to pack for travel. They also include a comprehensive pamphlet packed with clear instructions and helpful workout ideas, which is great for switching up your routine. Highly recommend for an easy, on-the-go fitness option!

Great quality for the price! I love all of the different resistance options, and the colors are so cute. These are a really easy way to get in a home workout.

Great bands. Love the colors and the multiple resistance options. Quality product. Arrived quickly.

I'm finding that I can get a good workout in 20 minutes each morning before work with these bands. I highly recommend following the exercises that came with these bands. I hadn't used resistance bands very much before and, as I first started using the green (easiest) band, I wasn't sure I had purchased the right thing for me to get a real workout. But as I followed the exercises and ensured I did them correctly before judging, I found I had that soreness in my arms and legs that I would expect (hope for) from exercise. But it was just really easy to do them. And all I needed was the bands and a bit of space. Perfect for me.

These bands are super nice with versatility. The 5 different weight options are perfect for gearing what you want that day. The durability has been great so far, I’ve been using these for hotworxs saunas and they haven’t seemed to loose their shape. They stretch great as well during any workout! The grip was just okay. If wearing leggings these are great, if you’re more a shorts person i’d be careful. If in a sauna fabric ones may be better! If not in a sauna these tend to do great with less sweat!

Solid quality, great for travel exercise routines or homes that don't have a ton of space for workout equipment.

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.
