I have a "rough and bumpy" macula and was recommended to take Zeaxanthin containing supplement. I choose Macuhealth. Then one year later the same doctor said my macula looked a bit better and was very happy with the overall condition of my eyes. Better than other eye supplements
This was recommended by my doctor. My eyes have been steadily giving me problems & my Mother has AMD which I probably will get later on but maybe I can delay it with these vitamins which help strengthen the retina. They are only one a day & very small with no taste, side effects or odor. They have a special ingredient which other vitamins do not have & studies show that it helps the retina.
