About the same size as a paracetamol capsule and very easy to swallow

Is it normal that these smell like smelly cheese or rotten socks?

Mine do too,I thought it was from the packet they were in so I tipped them into an envelope,still a little smell but it could be from what the outer capsule is made from,maybe some kind of gelatine ,but I've had no bad effects from them so they must be OK
