The mint chocolate chips are perfect size for baking mint chocolate chip cookies and the strong mint flavor is a stand out among brands. The bright green color kicks the cookies up a notch and they melt just to the right consistency, not hard nor mushy. These are shipped with cold packs and are wrapped in foil to retain shape during the warm summer months. The small shipping fee is well worth it, as other sellers ship them in a box with no cold packs and have arrived in one large unusable lump rather than chips. My wife does a lot of baking and this is the only place we will buy baking chips of any flavor from, and they do have a great vareity.

These baking chips are the Best I’ve used!! The flavor and quality is great. I typically by off brand mint chips at the local store but these are now my go to. Worth every penny.

Everything is fine with the chips, they taste good and they worked for the chocolate mint chips I baked. They are not as creamy, minty or green as the Guittard brand, but these will work fine for most things. HOWEVER- just know that these are MINI chip size. They are not a regular chip size. I was able to find the word “mini” in a lower deeper description on the page after they arrived, but I wish it had been in the title of the product or the top main description.

Very delicious and great to bake with

These are mini-chips which I wasn't expecting because the description did not lead me to believe that they were anything other than regular size chips. However, I needed them to bake for a St. Patty's dinner at my church on Saturday night, so I went with it. I used 1 cup of regular chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of these mint chips. I made 3 batches of large bakery style cookies for a total of 70 cookies. I can't tell you how many people at church today stopped me to say how much they enjoyed these cookies and asked where they could get the mint chips - and my recipe. Huge success!!

I love these mint chips. I have used them for the last couple of year when making christmas candy. They melt easily, produce amazing mint flavor and the quality and value are great. They are easy to bake with and the package makes it easy to keep fresh. Very functional.

the consistency is waxy and it has very little mint flavor. I have never purchased something from this company before. Hershey and Nestle used to make mint chips but no longer do....I was really hoping this would be similar to theirs....NOT even close. If the quality is not good they should give you a refund. Buyer beware.
