How do you get the oil to come out??

To get it started you just twist the bottom several times. It will come out into the brush. You just keep doing this every time you use it. You’ll know when you are out when you can no longer turn the bottom and no more clicks can be made

I received my pen and nothing is coming out of it and there are no instructions please advise. TY

Keep twisting it. Eventually some oil comes out.
