This product is amazing absolutely fantastic works almost immediately on my worst leg cramps. Sometimes I’ll take it preemptively because I get like cramps so often. Definitely recommend.

I had major surgery. My doctor told me to take arnica 3 days before my surgery and as soon as possible after. I had my arnica and another homeopathic treatment with me when I went to the hospital. Within 12 hours of my surgery my doctors gave me the ok to start taking them. For 3 days after my surgery, I took arnica every half hour to hour. During my first checkup a week after my surgery, my doctor couldn't believe how well and how quickly I was healing. I was moving much better than expected and my scar was healing clean and smooth. Week after week, whenever I went in for my follow up, my doc was amazed at how well I was healing with no complications. 6 months later I had a follow up surgery. During the time between surgeries, I never stopped taking my arnica. I progressed from every half hour/hour, to every 3 hours, then finally to 2-3 times a day. By this time my doctor was calling me his superstar because he was so amazed at how well I healed. He was completely confident in my healing ability by my second surgery, which kept me calm and reassured that everything would be great. After my second surgery, I was as diligent as I was after the first surgery. Since it wasn't major surgery, I went from every hour for the first 3 days after back to 3 times a day. Once again I was my doctors superstar. Every doctor that has examined me and checked my scars is incredibly impressed at the way they healed. I will continue to take the arnica through my following surgeries and for atleast 3-6 months after my last one. I am happy to order this 3 pack, because I go through them quite regularly.

I bought these to start taking a few days before & now after having liposuction in my arms, stomach & sides. I bruise REALLY badly because I naturally have low iron & it doesn't help that I drink which further thins the blood. My upper arms were covered in maroon, indigo & purple bruises after surgery on Wednesday. It is now Monday & the bruises are almost completely broken up! Usually bruises last at least a month or sometimes longer for me so it's obvious this is helping. I usually love to us arnica gel for bruises too but this time opted for trying the actually "medicine" because I knew my bruising for this would be insane. As far as helping out with pain, I'm not sure? The procedure was very painful & I hardly wanted to move for the 1st 2 days afterwards but I CAN say that I only needed the norco's that I was prescribe 2x a day for the first 2 days & haven't touched them since so I bet the arnica played a factor in that. I'm going to take them until the bruises at completely gone which I bet won't be ore than a couple more days. It's truly amazing how soon these bruises are going away!

i am a huge fan of arnica and have been for years. as a person who bruises *very* easily, arnica works so well. as soon as i get a firm bump on a shin or arm, i slip three of these little arnica tablets under my tongue to dissolve (don't eat any food for a while) and it reduces my bruising an amazing amount -- sometimes there is no bruising! also, this is a great price on this product. i previously would buy *one* tube of this exact product (same manufacturer) at our local health food store but paid the same price as a paid for *three* tubes through this seller. one-third the price for the same product is a great deal.

These are great for after surgery to help reduce swelling. They are also good for any type of inflammation like after excercise. The three pack is also worth the money. The pellets are small and you generally use several. So having enough on hand is nice. This is also one of the few homeopathic remedies I hear doctors and nurses recommend. In my experience, they tend not to recommend these types of things instead opting for the common remedies like ibuprofen. That speaks for itself plus this is all natural and easily absorbed into the bloodstream by placing them under your tongue. Natural and simple is always better than other choices.

I have always used this for our dogs in the past and now. Brilliant for speedy healing after an operation, and also work great if you have a dog with fears of any sort, one of ours is afraid of storms and it works great! Both of our dogs that were operated on healed very quickly because of these. I only just tried them the other day on myself for a headache, I didnt know they were good for that as well, and they worked. I used the recommended amount (5 pellets) and put under my tongue. Slept like a baby without any headache. For those with comments about the dispenser. The reason these homeopathic pellets have that dispenser is because they are meant to be touched as LITTLE as possible. So basically they dispense in the bottom part, and you then put them under your tongue using that part. Not easy with dogs though, i put it in their food (if the other option doesnt work).....right on the top. It still works. The other option is to pull the side of their mouth aside, and drop them in the area between the gum and cheek, which i realise now is not really making sense LOL. But i guess people will know what i mean!

Fast shipping, have used not 100 sure of their use but worth the try for the price This came as a three pack inside the box. I've used these several times now, it's hard to tell their full effectiveness and if they truly work as they say they do
