Very well-made nice product

this is a great insulin carrier that is relatively portable. We need to carry two insulin pens for different types of insulin. this allows us to do so. however, the supplies that are necessary with such as alcohol pads and injection needles to in a small container to the side And oftentimes are falling out of the taylor when you open a period the cooler portion is great and keeps the insulin cold for a long time. It fits nicely in a purse although it is a little large inside the purse. Still, we were doing lunch bag with a cooler previously and ended up losing the lunch bag because it was just another thing to carry

This is very good one for decent price. It can carry your insulin around in the safe temp zone for about 8 hours if you completely freeze the ice pack, put extra ice pack on the lid, and put the whole thing in insulated lunch bag. I have a smart thermometer to track the temp, it work at least 8 hours in hot ambient. If you put it in refrigerator (not freeze, because some hotel does not have refrigerator with freezer), it will work about 2 - 3 hours for hot ambient. BUT if you put the whole thing it in insulated lunch bag and topped it with ice from hotel, it will hold the safe temp for 8 hours. BUT 1) It would be better if the ice pack design could get a little deeper and put second ice pack on top. 2) Zipper is a little stuck. 3) The compartment on the lid does not have zip, if you put some needles or alcohol pad, it won't hold.

Fantastic, works great, easy to carry and goes right in your luggage, you have at least 24hrs of it staying cold.

Haven't actually used it yet so I reserve the right to change my review later. However, I did test it. On the day we received it, I froze the block for 24 hours. When it was removed from the freezer it was 32 degrees, we set a thermometer inside the case. We set the block in the case, zipped it up and set it in a room that tends to get warm from the afternoon sun. At 11:38 am it read 42 degrees. At 12:52 pm it read 44 degrees. The outside of the case felt cool but not wet. At 3:05 pm it was still 44 degrees. At 6:27 pm it was 51 degrees. Although it stayed inside all day I'm not sure how it will do in a hot car unless you set it inside a small cooler (which we may do if we go out somewhere). The case was fairly heavy, heavier than I expected, certainly not something you would carry around in a purse. The zipper was tight, but worked ok.

This order arrived way earlier than it suppose to be and I appreciate it because I m traveling soon, and need the medicine casing so bad. I put it in the freezer and tried to put the medicine inside, so far as the plane will put in their plane freezer, it’s hold for a couple of many hours. It's high quality and worth it. Highly recommended!

This product fits all of my kneeds for diabetes. Very sturdy and easy to carry in luggage or purse. It is not light weight. It is a bit heavy. But ok. This is my opinion.
