This is the CORRECT gasket for the Motorcraft Idle Air Control Motor (it's a valve!) #CX1660. Tip: Apply a film of Loctite Spray Adhesive to the rough side of the gasket, and press it firmly onto the IAC valve in the exact position. Let the glue dry for 10-15 minutes before installing the valve onto the engine. Gluing the gasket in place saves A LOT of time and hassle !! Good Luck !!

I bought this gasked to install a new idle air control valve on a Lincoln Town Car. It is a simple gasket, and worked fine. I would note that this Motorcraft part number is for a plastic bag of four identical gaskets. The Amazon item sold under this Motorcraft part number that I received is only one gasked. It's all I needed, but thought this clarification is in order.
