No, there are no punch holes. You’d hqve to put them in a zipper bag that has punch holes.

Is the entire flag sticky on one side? I like to leave about 3/8" sticking out of the book as a flag and I'm concerned it will stick to other pages.

It is only sticky on a portion of the tab. My daughter uses them to flag books all the time.
