Good height increase. Makes feet/shoes smell good. No bad odor.

Works well
Increases height as advertised. As for comfortability I found it to be subjective. 1st time wearing it is definitely uncomfortable. You might need to loosen the laces if ur shoes has em. On select shoes however its fits pretty good and the more you use it, sooner it gets pretty comfortable. Its a matter of getting used to it

Terrible Feeling/Don't Fit
If you have big feet don't even think about getting them. They're like 2" short from fitting inside of size 12 boots and they are some of the hardest insoles I've ever felt in my life. I got the four layer one and I only put two layers on and the searing pain that they caused in my heels is ridiculous. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

not very sure..haha
theyre not uncomfortable weirdly enough. deff takes time getting used to. i wear boots all the time idk how ppl with sneakers can wear these. they take up a lot of space an i only use 1 insert. iโm 5โ10 so iโm not short nor am i tall. sadly i donโt notice that much of a difference maybe cause i only have one level on but the initial insert and the extra level are deff a good 2-3 inches i sorta feel the same height. iโm about 6ft with the inserts. strangely enough ive been dealing with ppl that are tall all day today so iโm the same height to most ppl i was talking to trying this out. iโll buy new boots an update if it helps since mine are old and very broken in. this deff will help someone that is like 5โ8 and below. update 9/1/21: i got the boots a while ago forgot to update. the new boots deff helped they were stiff and fitted an were able to hold the inserts well. i wear a 10.5/11 these inserts are made for smaller feet. 9 max i think. the inserts deff fit better though an allow me to wear two instead of one. 3 is just too much for me an not worth the extra 0.5 inches it gives for the uncomfortableness it brings. the heel is very narrow like others said..

Works great if short
I read a lot of reviews before buying where people reported inserts being small, narrow, or uncomfortable. I can say I didn't have any of these issues. I'm not a large person--I wear US men's 5/US women's 6.5--and these were perfectly sized for my sneakers. I used them in a pair of deep-set "platform" (there's only like an inch of lift booo) shoes, women's size 7. The shoes were a loose fit on me on purpose so that I could add lifts. I ended up using one attachment to the heel each, but I also used another wedge attachment under the toe part to give me more of a platform inside overall. (The shoes had a LOT of room from sole to tongue) I cut them down to the line marked 7, despite it saying men's, so these may be a bit shorter than you'd expect? But they're not uncomfortable at all. They're quite cushy and nice to walk on. I frequently wear platforms or heels though, so maybe do some calf pulses before you go buying these if you anticipate having an issue lol. I suspect they might flatten a bit over time, but unless you used these in huge boots, you'll probably have a wedge or two left over that you couldn't use in the heel (unless you wanna look insane) that you can add in later. For an Amazon shoe insert, I'd say it's not bad at all. They're more comfortable to use than just wearing my other 3" platform sneakers so I say it's worth it to try em.

Not comfortable
6โ0 trying to go to 6โ2 is a pain. Quality wise it could be better but at the bottom of your feet theyโll just hurt. There are better options on Amazon. just continue searching.
