This is exactly what I hoped for but didn't expect to find. I was very skeptical about being able to reach all parts of my back easily and comfortably despite my shoulder problems. I had a bad experience with a different applicator in the past that constantly slipped in my hands, was at the wrong angle, and the applicator pad kept coming off. So I was concerned about all of those issues. Fortunately, THIS PRODUCT IS A COMPLETE SUCCESS! I don't see any of the above shortcomings at all. It does a good job hanging onto body cream (I just dab some here & there on the pad), the just-right angle and handle length allow me to reach everywhere, and I find it easy to spread the cream evenly & well over all the various contours. The pad is soft yet firm & non-scratchy - perfect, really. As others have said, cleanup is simple - wash with hand soap, dry it with a tissue, & hang it up. Wish I'd bought this model years ago. Don't even hesitate to buy this one.

Only used once so far but I love this. Read some reviews of the sponge version that soaks up lotion, not the case with this. Applied only a small amount and added a little more as needed. Some reviews of other versions claim it was too hard and uncomfortable, not the case here. This is a soft foam that is very comfortable and easy to glide across my back. I followed cleaning directions and ran it under warm water using my hand to clean off any residual lotion and towel dry. Very easy and worked great. Since I applied a small amount of lotion there wasn't much to wash off. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts but I wish I would have ordered this a long time ago. So difficult to put lotion on my back and this solves that problem easily and perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I was recently diagnosed with eczema one of the most important things you can do to prevent breakouts is to motion with the right cream after your shower all over to keep in moisture and protect your skin I can get everywhere but the middle section of my back I was constantly having to have my better half do that sometimes he was busy Sometimes I just didn’t feel like walking all through the house to find him wrapped in a towel caring my lotion in my hand sometimes he was cooking dinner and his hands had seasoning all over them he would have to wait wash his hands and I’d have to stand there and wait as well sometimes I just tried to do it without him practically breaking my arm to reach that spot and not getting it anyway. This is a lifesaver for me I can finally reach that spot all by myself and the good thing about the sponge is you can see on one of my photos where there’s some lotion left up on the corner that’s been sitting there a half an hour and the sponge does not absorb it which means any lotion that you put on that’s fun is simply going on your skin I’m not paying for a $15 expensive eczema lotion to have half of it be absorbed by a sponge and not get on my skin I’m getting every cent out of that bottle that I paid for. And when you can’t buy the cheap stuff because you can’t have perfumes and you can’t have anything in it that will irritate your skin believe me you do not want to waste money because that lotion is expensive. Also the curve of the one and the double sided applicator means that you can reach whatever spot you need to. And one of the best things about it is it has a ribbed grip on the handle because naturally your hands are slippery using all that lotion. So if you’re gonna buy one don’t buy one without that gripper handle that is its best feature almost except for the non-absorbent sponge. Fantastic product.

I wish I had thought about looking for something like this in the past. Asking someone else to put creams or lotions on my back due to eczema was a pain not to mention wasn’t always someone to ask which lead to many days not being able to properly put anything on without using a shower brush which I felt wasted so much which can’t afford with medicated creams. I tried this same day I got it and I felt blessed I found something that made it so much easier to use without help and it doesn’t soak up or waste anything and it’s super easy to clean. I found it the perfect length to do my entire back as long as I did it part from the top and other from the bottom would recommend for anyone who needs it whether it’s a mobility issue or just simply needing that extra reach

It's okay , does what it's meant for. Not my first choice.

My mother is still able to take care of herself, but she asked me to order her a shower brush. Instead, I came across this applicator for putting lotion on her back, so I decided to see how she would like it. Well, she likes it. It helps her reach her back without any trouble, and she’s been using it with no issues. I’m not sure how long it will last, but if she needs another one, I would order it again.

As you get older and you lose flexibility in your shoulders it’s really tough to put lotion or anything on certain parts of your back. This applicator is perfect length and easy to apply lotion for in the winter when your skin gets really dry in the Midwest.

A very useful addition to the bathroom. Gets to those places that can be difficult to reach. Wouldn’t be without it.

Hi, I purchased this item as I have lymphedema, psoriasis and I have had 2 spinal operations. I am unable to get any lotion into my legs to keep the skin healthy from being so dry, until i found this and it works amazingly. I am thrilled to bits that i can now protect my skin my putting my creams on the pad then rubbing it into my legs and feet via this amazing product. I highly recommend this for anyone disabled and requiring lotions to look after their skin.
