Beautiful sturdy statue

Gorgeous statue, a little over 11 inches, weight feels substantial, lovely detail. Came free of nicks, no broken pieces, packaged very well. My only gripe is the vinyl doves. Their color is a bit of a yellowish white while the statue is a true white which to some degree is noticeable. I'm still in love with this statue even though I'm not a huge fan of the doves. I don't regret my purchase at all! I'd imagine if the color really bothers you you could paint them.

Nice “bookshelf” size statue. Quality is ok. Bird fell off bottom near foot, but I re-glued it to her shoulder area which I like better anyway. I did a little scraping and scrubbing on the statue to get the bits off. Overall I think for the price it is very lovely. I enjoyed kind of working on the statue to perfect it. I recommend this item, but do a little work to make it your own.

A beautiful statue. I have been indecisive for so long as to which Aphrodite / Venus statue to order, but I finally chose, and I am pleased. It arrived with the bird at the ankle broken off, but it was a clean break and glued back on just as cleanly and is not noticeable; there is fragility to the statue. My goal is to purchase lovely / impressive idols of Greco-Roman Goddesses and Gods. I've had some disappointments, but this is not one of them. I've learned to pay more attention to the height to make sure they are compatible. This rendition is compatible with the Apollo, seated Pan, and Ares, but not the beautiful Poseidon statue I bought - this Aphrodite dwarfs him by a head) One delay in my ordering was whether or not this figurine manifested any nipples. As I looked at the close-ups of the photos, I could not quite tell. It bothers me that Apollo, Ares, Poseidon, Hades, Zeus, Pan, all have prominent nipples (why not, male humans have them -- useless thought they be -- why not Gods?), yet the Goddesses, whose nipples are important to the life cycle, are barely represented. For the record, they exist on this statue, though vaguely. The statue concentrates more on the image of overall beauty. In short, a beautiful idol / statue. Make sure it arrives in good condition though! A lot of thin fragile extremities to snap during shipping (i.e. the birds).

This is a stunning remake of Aphrodite. A little glue stains here and there but still a beauty.

I am so impressed with the details on this statue!! It’s even better in person!! I purchased this for my Aphrodite Alter. I’d buy other items from this seller. Definitely worth the price!

Came broken!!!

I don’t think this really deserves the name of Aphrodite since I’ve found the Made in China label. I have no idea why I can’t get a cheaper one on the Chinese shopping site. Mostly, It’s ridiculous to notice a stain can’t be cleaned on the face of the goddess of beauty. Btw, you have no idea when I take her out from the styrofoam, most of her face was buried in the little granules. Incredibly wired.

for some reason, if you were to touch the birds and apply a little pressure, the whole bird will feel like it is coming off. This is the case for all the doves. It also looks as if someone just put some blu tack between the birds and the statue and pasted them together😅 It looks untidy because of that. Other than the birds being loose, everything else is all right

Very nice statue, particularly when painted, but the doves are fragile and two had broken off on arrival. I had to stick them back on with superglue
