I bought this product to clean a number of earrings and necklaces I own of varying quality. I have a pair of platinum earrings with diamonds which I wear solid and have never been cleaned (owned for about 15 years) that were my main cleaning objectives. They were filled with gunk/ear wax which had been caked into the setting below the stones. After researching a little about jewelry cleaners I wasn't too sure which direction to go. Every product seems to have mixed reviews. I went with this one and wow, I am not disappointed! It took a few 2 minute dips in the fluids and poking into crevices with the brush. But given the years of grime, this was a relatively small effort. The pieces are shining beautiful and all the gunk is gone! I also used this fluid to clean a necklace with a pearl, a few silver chains, a set of sapphire earrings and a sentimental necklace with a silver pendant of Africa with a small stone. Unfortunately, this pendant did not clean very well. But I know that there are different products for silver items, so I might just go and purchase something specific for this. I would definitely recommend this product (but just know a little elbow grease helps with the process!).

Really cleans the jewelry very well, no leaking, good value

The bottle is small but it seems like it will last a long time. It’s easy to use. It says to only soak the jewelry for a few minutes, but we found the longer we soaked it the more effective it was. It made the Cuban link bracelet dance again with how shiny it was. This pack is nice because it comes with the brush and towel which are helpful to use after the soak.

Product worked as expected. It says to leave jewelry submerged for 2 minutes. I left mine for about an hour. I didn't want to ruin the entire jar of solution, so I poured some into a clear plastic cup. I used the included strain tool to lower and remove my jewelry from the solution. I knew the cage around my pearl was dirty (about 5 years old), but I didn't think it would be as bad as it was. I removed the pearl, then submerged the cage and chain (and another necklace and pendant). I pulled them out, and used a kleenex to blot dry them. I later rubbed them on the polishing cloth. The solution in the plastic cup is disgusting. I'm glad I didn't put them directly in the jar. Now I still have clean, unused solution for future cleanings.

I bought this a few weeks ago after my mother in law gave me a few of her beautiful vintage diamond & gemstone rings. I've used various jewelry cleaners over the years and this one is by far, the best I've used. The cleaner itself has no strong odor (most smell strongly of ammonia) and it rinses off your hands very easily (others leave your hands feeling chemical-laced for hours.) The instructions say to drop your jewelry in the solution for 2 minutes... so of course I was expecting to have to leave them overnight to get results lol. I was pleasantly surprised that 2 minutes worked amazingly well! Even before I polished my rings, I could see how beautiful they were shining. There is a tray with a handle on the little jar; I like that the handle is over to the side rather than in the middle; small difference (improvement) from the others. There is also a small brush although I don't always need it; the solution does a great job in just a few minutes of soaking. The cleaning cloth is really great! Makes a huge difference in the shine. It is two sided with one side that is tougher and designed to address tarnish. The other side buffs and shines. The shine this brings out in diamonds and gemstones is extraordinary. I will definitely buy this again and recommend it to others. (This is a REAL review- I paid full price and bought it after much research!)

The cleaning solution works. I cleaned 3 chains and few rings. But the cloth is already ripping apart. I just received it this morning and started using it. So not worth the money because of the cloth quality

Despite the great reviews, I was skeptical of this kit’s true capabilities because so few products actually do that which they claim. I really wish I had taken before and after photos because this kit — especially the dual-sided cleaning cloth — came through in ways that only photos can accurately and vividly depict. A well-known designer’s bespoke gold-plated name necklace I had purchased a few years ago for several hundred dollars had started flaking (or so I thought) over a year ago, but after using the cleaning cloth I discovered the gold plating wasn’t flaking, but rather the necklace had tarnished around the edges. It literally looks brand new; actually, even shinier than when I first bought it. From there, I spent a solid two hours cleaning expensive, memory-laden pieces of [mostly] white gold and sterling silver jewelry that I had left on display on decorative hooks and as such, they had oxidized. Thus, I hadn’t worn this jewelry in years. Pieces as old as twenty years were restored to their glimmering, stunning glory. After, the kit’s cloth was mutilated and because it cannot be washed, I tossed it and ordered the company’s set of three cleaning cloths. Considering I cleaned about twelve pieces, including bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, that cloth went the distance. If you’re hesitating buying, don’t. Purchase this kit. Superb quality, fair price point, and excellent results.

So at first I was disappointed because my jewlery cleaner came without the plastic tray that is used to put the jewlery in and used to pull it out of the solution so that you don't need to use your fingers. I wrote a message to the seller and they apologized and immediately sent out a replacement. The package arrived 3 dats later, super fast and not only did they send me the missing plastic tray but also a whole, brand new jar or cleaning solution. Their customer service is fabulous which is why I gave them 5 stars! The jewlery cleaner itself is great. My engagement ring came out of the cleaning liquid looking brand new after just 2 minutes and the cleaning cloth seemed to work great as well because it left my gold and diamonds, sparkley and gorgeous! I like the fact that this cleaner works wonderfully without all of the harsh chemicals that most other cleaners use. Terrific product but even better customer service. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Wasn’t too sure if this was going to do the trick but it was great for daily cleaning and polish

Isn’t the best for jewelry that needs a deep cleanse. But is great for daily maintenance/light cleaning. Gets my silver earrings all shiny and sparkly without causing any damage to the metal or diamonds.

The product works well, but I find that you have to be very careful when removing jewelry… maybe I’m clumsy but got the solution on the table. Put some paper towel down next time I used it.

Update: When I finally opened the jar lid to use the product, there was a tight cover on top of the jar's lid. So I am not sure how the box containing the product was all soggy and falling apart. See image attached for the state of the box holding the product.
