Very happy with the MacBook. It came with a European charger but I phoned the company and they sent me the correct one. The MacBook looks new. I couldn’t sign in to my Apple ID because the location was set to Dubai. Once I had changed it to the UK and the date and time was correct it was fine. Maybe information about that in the box would be useful.

i brought the 2020 macbook categorised as excellent/new. the macbook arrived later then it said on amazon, and after receiving, the macbook had one piece of plastic over it and nothing to protect the keys or the screen which i didn’t mind as there was minimal scratches. but then i went to turn it on and it was dead, so i looked in the box for a charger and they didn’t send me a charger, so i went to apple to by myself a charger for it and then when i plug it in and try to turn it on, i get nothing, the screen lights up abit but no apple logo, nothing on the screen, the keys don’t even light up. i’m extremely disappointed with this product to say the least and id highly recommend to not buy

My second great purchase from Express Gadgets (bought an I pad recently ), the MacBook Air 2020 is immaculate ! It has replaced my 2010 MacBook which like me is getting a bit slow . All working smoothly and even gets updates , really pleased and good value , Thank you .

This is my first ever Apple laptop so yes I’m over the moon with it. But at the same time upset because it is not in excellent condition like the seller says. Their is a black small scratch and their is a dint on the front of the MacBook Air laptop. Also the screen which is hard to get pic of is really dusty and a lot of prints and really hard to get clean. The laptop seems to work great so far. Speakers nice and loud managed to do some university work and set it up and do finger print. The charger they give you works and looks nice but it’s not a Apple product charger. Also I was disappointed at the fact they do not give you a Apple box for the laptop. It was in bubble wrap and a cardboard box saying fragile that’s it. Also delivery was one day late and I was unable to track or speak to anyone which got me nervous that’s never happened to me on Amazon before. Hard to see on the pics exactly what I am talking about.

Almost perfect considering I got it in the acceptable quality it looked brand new apart from the 3 scraped corners and there are scratches on the screen but they’re not visible unless you’re in the sunlight with the monitor off. The laptop can be a bit slow but overall good, the battery almost lasted me 2 uni days without charging. Not sure about the value for the money because I seen cheaper prices but it’s cheap for a MacBook and is cheaper than a new one obviously. Weight is lighter that some other laptops and it’s easy enough to use just have to get used to macbook

AVOID!!! MacBook arrived opened it up and it was glitching green screen, kept going through the start up process over and over - glitch - repeat. Seller refused to refund full postage to return THEIR defective item!! Had to go through Amazon a-z guarantee to get my postage back - hassle!!! Seller is unhelpful, blasé attitude. No f’s given basically! Clearly knew it was defective before posting - shouldn’t be allowed to sell on this platform more suited to Facebook marketplace! Absolute waste of time ordering. AVOID!!

The Macbook didn't arrive on the same day as estimated by amazon when purchasing, but got the item the day after in the morning. Was well boxed and wrapped. Bought a refurbished 2020 Macbook Air 13", categorised as New and Excellent. It really looks amazing outside and inside, with minimal scratches that go unnoticed. However I ran a battery test and its battery health is of 79% which is considered poor and charge cycle is a 300 which is also bad for an item advertised the way it was. Description was misleading considering its battery performance. Still awaiting seller output on my request for covering battery replacement. If he agrees with it then the item will definitely have been great value for money, or I will be happy with a dull refund.
