I've been suffering from heartburn and acid re-flux for many years. I take some over the counter stuff that helps with the heartburn but the acid re-flux is still a problem 2 or 3 times a week. I often wake up choking with burning bile in the back of my throat. In desperation I found this product on Amazon and read through the reviews. I was skeptical but at this price It was worth the risk. After taking this product for a week I was amazed at the results. I put about 2 cap fulls into about 4 ounces of water. I take a good swig after a meal and one before bedtime. Since day one of taking this product I have not had a single episode of acid re-flux. To really put the product to the test I even had a big meal late one evening and I was still acid re-flux free that night. The taste however is absolutely disgusting. But for a good nights sleep it is well worth it. I can't say this product will work for everyone, only that it works for me. It does NOT do anything for my heartburn. I still take over the counter Zantac which helps a lot. Overall I would highly recommend this product. I will definitely buy again.

Its great product and the result more than expected

I have had acid re-flux for years and treated it with Zantac daily with doctor's advice. When Zantac was removed from the market, I was lost. Nothing else worked for me. I'm pretty sure that the constant use of Zantac through the years had changed my body's ability to deal with stomach acids effectively. My friend knew of my problem and when she saw this product, she sent me the link. To say I was skeptical was an understatement. It looked like a bottle of apple cider vinegar, marked up and described as a cure.... but I bought a bottle to appease my friend. It is nothing short of a miracle cure for me... and I'm not even sure that I'm taking it correctly When I first feel acid building up, I take a healthy swig or two from the bottle as quickly as i can (I hate the taste). I cough and choke, because it is really strong and follow it up with several gulps of water (because I have to get the taste out of my mouth). The liquid burns going down my throat and into my stomach, but almost immediately, all traces of the acid re-flux are gone. I almost never write reviews, but I always read them before purchasing an unknown product. The only reason I'm writing this one and because I really do suffer from extreme acid re-flux and this product is the first thing that has worked for me. If the same is true for you, I hope this helps.

the effect is almost in 5-10 minutes . Reduces heart burn and acid reflux for 3-4 hours .so far good result.as long we dont care about the not so good vinegar taste, its good
