Well made and fit for purpose.
Excellent product either hit or cold. The velcro fastening is very secure and it is comfortable to wear. Good value for money.

Good make of hot/cold kit
Easy to use, fits my almost 40" waist no problem and I can use over my rotator cuff shoulder as well. I also have the wrist Hilph wrap which I have used both hot and cold for and ulna process.

Cold patch
This is great can use as cold when needed and pop in microwave when heat is needed. Highly recommend. This has been the best for my SI Joint and back.

Me ha llegado correcto el producto y se ve de buena calidad. Lo estoy probando ahora mismo en frío, y fenomenal para justo los 20min que necesito y que me han recomendado a usar de manera diaria. Me compré este cinturón de gel para cuando estoy sentado en la silla tener la comodidad del frío en la zona lumbar y que no se me mueva. Por el momento y sin ninguna queja de nada, recomiendo este producto.

I got this for my chronic back pain while at work i love that it stays put and has a great strap that i can wear it while i work and i dont have to try to tuck it somewhere or sit down to ice it , i can keep moving and eleviate the pain and swelling at the same time. gets super cold and works good warm too! Girlys with cramps strap this to you to help with cramps like a portable leak proof hot water bottle without the bulk!
