Good korma curry masala
I liked this korma curry masala. However, I found that the recipe called for way too much butter, and I added more yogurt to dilute the butter. There was too much floating on top, and I'm someone who likes butter. I didn't use meat for this dish - I substituted chickpeas. I don't think that really changed anything; in fact, it probably reduced the amount of fat in the dish.The actual taste of the spice mix was amazing. The cardamom really shines through. For that, this mix is worth a try.
