Do you have to make the whole package at once or can you separate for multiple times?

I used half the bag and one egg. It made 8 good sized biscuits. I saved one in an airtight container to see how it kept. My son heated it up in the microwave the next day and said it seemed even fluffier! The texture was surprisingly wonderful the first time around. We added garlic powder, Italian seasoning and shredded cheddar - divine!

Could this product be used to bake shortcake, if I add a bit of sweetener like Swerve?

Because you just drop a spoonful of batter onto the parchment covered baking sheet, the final product has a lumpy bumpy shape (which is deliciously crispy) but not as smooth and even as a typical biscuit or shortcake but flavor and texture wise I think it would work fine.
