Do these allow you to hear voices, but not loud noises?

I found that they only muffle the noise. They are not like silicone ear plugs where sound is completely blocked.

Can these be sanitized between use, so different people can wear them, as needed?

ZQuiet does not recommend that different people wear the ZQuiet Noise Reduction High Fidelity Ear Plugs as needed.

Make sure that the thinner part goes in or towards the air canal upward. Make sure that the thicker part is sticking out of your ear where the Tavis. Push in till you get a nice seal. The tab is there so that you can pull on it to get them out. These are very good quality and keep out a lot of noise. My wife love them

Where is the size label on the ear plugs? How to tell if medium or small?

There are two ways to tell if ear plugs are either medium or small. Placing the ear plugs side by side there is a slight difference noticeable in the sizes. The medium is slightly longer then the small size. To understand the difference, you would need to try both sizes to see which creates a snug fit with a seal but is not uncomfortable or painful.
