Will it stay and not smear through a beach swim?

I have not tried beach, but I have been in the pool with this concealer and it did not smear for me. I just jumped in and out of the pool though. When i first wore it i used to put it on too thick, so I had to play with it to get the right amount on so its not too cakey.. I hope this helps! This is my FAV concealer ever!

Can I use it as a foundation

No, it’s not meant to be a foundation. It covers well as a concealer. It has a heavier texture.

There is/was the lightest shade called fair. However I think Tarte discontinued this product all together
