I love this. I used for the 1st time and made me finish to clean tiles faster

I used the mop on my walls & it worked quite well as far as cleaning went. I’m cleaning soot from my walls in my house & the mop has worked wonderful for that but after several uses it kind of leave the mop head black & starts to smear it. Beyond that the only issue I had was having to remove & replace the mop head after every few swipes to rinse & clean it & do it all again. All & all it works quiet nicely.

This tool is very useful, does a pretty good job cleaning walls. It does however have one semi major design flaw, which is the twist in head. It constantly becomes loose while cleaning. Would be far more effective if they made this such that the pole just clicked into the head instead. Beyond that minor frustration this has been a huge help prepping walls for painting

I am so disgusted with this item. I used it today. I had to tape the handle, due to any push/force the handle would collapse. The head would flip around, cleaning ceilings. I regret purchasing this item. They need to go back to the drawing board. The concept is good - it needs to be improved. This is my original review based on the item. Yesterday, I received a NEW MODIFIED IMPROVED TOOL. I cannot express to you how much this company cares about their customers and their products. They have totally improved this item and it does as it says. They modified both the pole and the head so there is no more collapsing or flipping around of the head. It truly has improved 100 percent - the concept was wonderful, and now it works as it was intended. The pole is heavier - and stays locked - and it is not heavy. The pad now has a nut screw and secures the head in place, it makes the ease of cleaning the ceiling very smooth and easy. I cannot thank you enough for contacting me and know I highly recommend this item. Thank you!

It works fine for flat walls, although I had to keep tightening the head or it would rotate in ways I didn’t want. For any kind of texture - beadboard, coving, corners, complex baseboard - you are still going to need a rag, knee pads and elbow grease. It simply doesn’t flex into small incurved surfaces and just pools water over or skims those areas completely. If I hadn’t gone back over with a rag, it would’ve left muddy water pooled in crevices. It’s hard to wring out the mop type head, so I was worried I was smearing dirt or it was just too wet - the yellow drainer thing says to use it over your bucket but it’s not really helpful, not like you can press it from wet to damp on that thing. But for flat walls it works well, and is very good to reach high up. There’s a learning curve so expect that. I did buy the spray that is recommended, nothing special but it does seem to work. I included a pic of the surfaces I’m dealing with!

Ok, I NEVER write a review this quickly. I literally received this product a couple of hours ago and I am almost finished with my kitchen ceiling. (18’x16’) no joke! There was a bit of a learning curve..as you need to keep the mop head tightly screwed on or your mop head will swing all around looking like a 80’s movie we all remember. When you need to turn the mop to utilize the pointed part for the corners..make sure to rotate clockwise with your pole or your mop head will come loose faster and as mentioned before I didn’t want to go there. I also used an old beach towel to tap mop head onto after draining off as much clean water as possible with included tool. This really helped with the dripping. AND I used KRUD KUTTER as this is an 85 year old home, that I’ve been fixing up. I finally got to the true ceiling paint this time…WOO WOO I was planning on doing some type of tin tile on the ceiling as I just could never truly get it white again…now, I’m just going to paint it a light color and stencil instead.. Honestly the mop cover is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but it worked..so I’m down with that. Hope this helps!

Amazing to be able to do the walks in 5 minutes vs all day

This is a good idea! I bought along with he 5min clean spray and works great. Easy to get the tall hallways and works well on corners. I have 4 kids thats run up and down the stairway and the walls were fingerprinted up.

Presently doing my spring cleaning ( big home) re: washing all ceilings and walls. This mop is long, stays in position (others mops keep rolling) . Walls get done in no time..

Excellent quality, easy to assemble and has a long reach. I washed the outside of my house as well as the inside. I loved you could take the mop head off and just put in the washing machine.

Love the ease of washing ceilings and walls. Never saw wife take to a tool so easy and enjoy so much such as this one.

I like the tool, the head does move around but I can negotiate that OK with how I use the tool, direction of force etc. It makes the task of cleaning the ceiling and walls a breeze. I have bought 2, the second bought few weeks later to use in other premises. The first purchase has a shiny metal looking handle which does slip a bit, again I can negotiate that as considering it is time to replenish the cleaning agent. The second purchase of same item, bought only a few weeks later has an appalling handle. As soon as I extended it for the first time, the handle came apart completely, and I was holding part of the extension handle in each hand, and am unable to put it together again so it works. This ones colour is yellow (colour does not matter, its just interesting that the yellow one was a real dud). I live in Australia and the bother of returning the whole purchase to USA for the handle is just too much of a hassle. The head fits other handles I have so it is not a drama, but really for the price the handle should not separate at first twist. I use extension handles all the time and this is the first time this has happened.

It's ok but NOT worth the hype. It is difficult to wring the mop of excess water, the yellow fabric head comes off while using. Wish I hadn't bought. Get a vileda mop instead
