Great watch for Android phones for apple watch look & quality.
My wife helped me get this Amazfit GTS 2 watch for my birthday. I wanted a watch that was more the look of an Apple watch, but would work with an Android phone with all features. This watch has NOT disappointed. The screen brightness and clarity is amazing! The health/fitness functions work great! The battery life is great! I like the many face options too. It is fast responding and flawless on touch responsiveness. Overall, this watch has a quality feel to it! If I were to find one thing to nickpick, I thought it was going to be a bit larger. It is not as small as the apple 38 (I don't think) but not as large as the apple 42. I've worn it for a month. It's still working great. I've had it in water briefly, tracked my workouts (many options to choose from) and my sleep cycle. It all worked good. I used the strength training program and it tracks my warm up, fat burning, aerobic, anaerobic etc... It's cool! And Yes, the New update has Alexa built in.

Track your Water Activities; Upload to Strava; Take calls on your wrist!
I wanted a watch so I could track my surfing activities on Strava because I can't take my mobile phone in the water with me. This watch does it. It's waterproof and has GPS with activity tracking and once you link it to your phone and Strava, all you have to do is open the compatible Zepp app and it syncs the activity data to Strava. There's no surfing activity category on the watch so I use the Open Water Swimming activity and change the activity to Surfing once it's in Strava. The only useful data it collects for surfing seems to be the time spent surfing and a track of where you were in the water. I chose this Amazfit GTS 2 watch because it also has the ability to answer phone calls when it has a bluetooth connection to a mobile phone. (So, no, I can't take calls while surfing because my phone is in my car!). The microphone is so good that people who call me say it sounds as good, or better, than my mobile phone. Note that while you can answer a call with this watch, YOU CANNOT INITIATE A CALL with the watch. You CAN initiate calls with the Amazfit Verge watch but I chose the GTS 2 over the verge because the GTS 2 has a lower profile and it's not important to me to initiate calls from the watch. I mainly want to be able to answer calls quickly, say when I'm on my bike and there's not time to dig my phone out of my jersey. That's not an issue when I'm initiating a call. Generally, for longer calls, you'll want to switch the call to your phone speaker so you don't have to hold your arm up and try to listen to the watch's small speaker. Also note that while you would think the Amazfit GTS 3 has all the features of the GTS 2 and then some, the GTS 3 apparently does not have the ability to answer calls. This watch has an incredibly bright colorful and sharp display. Get the RinoGear Xiaomi Huami Amazfit Bip Screen Protector to protect your display. It's easy to install and invisible once it's on. The price comparison browser add-ons like Honey might show you a cheaper price but be careful not to buy the GTS Mini if you really want the GTS. Battery life is shorter for me than mentioned in other review but that's probably because I use GPS every day to track activities. Still, I only have to charge it every other day and it DOES charge quickly. I've had the watch for 5 days and so far, I'm lovin' it!

Battery life isn't as long as advertised even with vendor advice
As title noted. STILL way longer than an Apple watch. A solid alternative, tho I'm not fond of how the battery can suddenly go from 100 to zero randomly overnight. I have it on the stock face just to make sure I have no issues, app notifications are off (which kinda defeats the purpose of the watch honestly), tho I don't altogether need them as I use the watch for sleep and heart rate tracking. Otherwise not a bad watch, syncs well (a problem my fitbit had). Solid device overall for the price. Random battery life being my issue with it. Overall a good device tho.

Great value for the price
So far I am very happy with this watch, the value and price makes it perfect. I'm not an athlete.... just trying to keep an eye on my health and activities lately. This checked off all the boxes that I was looking for mainly so I can answer calls while I'm jogging or bike riding without having to pull my phone out of my pocket. Of course There are tons of SmartWatches out there almost all identical since I'm on a modest budget and this really fits the bill. It's lightweight I like the size, and there's a ton of aftermarket watch bands bumpers and covers that will fit on it. I've used it for over a month now and don't really use all of the functions that it has but they're there if I need them. the voice activation works well, and so does the GPS. Sometimes it drops off however when it reconnects and I checked the app it seems like all the tracking syncs and seems to be pretty accurate.I read some of the reviews that people left in my opinion there people that are buying this watch expecting it to be perfect but let's be honest nothing's perfect so if it gets you close to where you want to be than this is the one, Without having to spend hundreds of dollars. CONS: The only con that I can come up with after using this for over a month is that the battery life is really nowhere close to what they have it listed as. There's no way that this thing will last for 7 days on one charge. The only way it'll last 7 Days on one charge is if it just sits on a counter and isn't attached to your body. that being said I've run it with a lot of the apps functions open change the watch face to a digital look with lots of colors and lots of information ,used it while I was sleeping and all sorts of other stuff when you do that the battery has about a day and a half. When I changed the watch face back to the original display cut out the constant O2 monitoring and the Sleep portion of it I was able to get about 2 days per charge. In reality it's no big deal at the end of the night you throw it on the charger a couple hours later it's done.I definitely would recommend this watch for the price you really can't beat it because of the ability to answer phone calls. Update 12/6/21 Have had this watch 10 months now and have to say I'm still very happy with it. There has been a update and now the battery seems to be lasting alot longer I'm now getting close to 4 days on a single charge and that's with most of the features turned on. The reason for the update is about the durability. I was working on my truck and took my watch off while I was underneath it and placed it on the concrete driveway.when I was done I forgot to pick it up and and backed up over it. Only got a slight scratch on the back side and that was it. Got lucky but it still works great!!!

Looks nice, poor performance...
In the past over had two other trackers, both of which had GPS, Heart rate, Sleep Tracking etc. I haven't used a tracker in a year and my wife has an basic Amazfit tracker so I thought I would give this one a try since it is $100 less than other brands I'vehad and liked. I recieved my first Amazfit GTS2 and initially I liked it. Feels heavy, like it is built well, bright screen, easy to use. I wasn't a fan of the Zepp app. It doesn't sync with MyFitnessPal or other apps I use. It charged quickly and I was able start using it within a few hours. The GPS tracking was on point and easy to share. But it quickly went downhill from there. The first issue I had with it was the SpO2 couldn't be measured regardless of how many times I tried to measure it. Second issue I had was with the sleep tracking, it wouldn't track any data in regards to sleep quality. Third issue was Heartrate monitoring, when I used it for a basic free workout, it only tracked my heartrate for 1/4 on my workout. I contacted Amazon and was sent a replacement tracker, which unfortunately had more issue than the first one. For starters, right out of the box, it was very slow to charge. I let it charge overnight and it only charged to 45%. I synced the new tracker to my phone but could measure Heart rate or SpO2. I wore the second tracker while my original tracker charged for a couple hours and neither metric was able to be tracked. I made sure the firmware was updated and gave it a worthy effort, but I wasn't able to get the basic features of this model to work on the original or replacement tracker. My opinion is this model.is not worth paying for the added features, Amazfit may make awesome basic trackers, but they failed when it came to the bells and whistles on this model.

It’s a nice watch
Amazfit gts2 watch is a nice looking watch. Very similar to an Apple Watch. It has lots of different settings. The app Zepp was easy to install and register. I had no problem pairing the watch with my phone. It has Alexa, hr tracking, spo2, step and calorie counter. Alexa works, it did take me awhile to get it to work. Sometimes alexa will not hear you so you have speak up. I ended up returning this watch because I felt that the step and hr counter weren’t accurate. I used the watch along with my Fitbit hr2, the step count difference was anywhere from 300-1000 steps off. The heart rate was off about half of the time by 15-30bpm. You can answer call from the watch but for me it only worked 2 times, after those 2 times I would get the option to answer the call and when I tried I could see on my phone that the call was answered using the watch but they couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear them. I would have to switch the call back to my phone which was annoying when I was driving. The notifications stopped working a couple of times, I had to turn the watch off and back on in order to get the notifications on it again. Also, I never figured out If there was an option to silent notifications for all apps during sleep time and then automatically turn back on in the morning. This watch is nice if you just want a nice looking watch and don’t care about the accuracy of the heart rate or step counter.

Great tracker. Needs a few additional things but it's great
This has been a great tracker. I got it because I have PTSD and I needed to track my sleep and stress. Wish the app had a few additional things like notes and away to fix the sleep if it picks up non movement for sleep. I need away to pin point my triggers in notes for the time and it needs to have a way to pick 24 hour time on the readings instead of I think it's military time as I don't understand that time. There should be a part for people with PTSD and things that effect panic attacks stress anxiety and triggers that cause it and it needs a house work tracker for ones who clean alot. But I love it. It does pick some walking and cleaning as climbing. But this is by far a great tracker. It has helped me see how my triggers effect me better. It should have a way to set a sleep time so you can really see how off your sleep is so you can get back on a sleeping routine. I would recommend this tracker tho. Music sounds good and phone sounds good through it too. I love that it has Alexa but it needs to beable to control Amazon music on the watch. You can play it through it but you can't change songs or have Alexa do it. It connects great to my ear buds too. It don't have alot of girly watch faces but love I can add my own photos but needs more choices for what is displayed on your own photo background. I can use it for about 2 days or 3 depending on what I have set to auto take or how many texts and calls through it and alarms, or how much I use music I play through it. In all a great tracker I love it. I did have to replace band because I was allergic to the rubber one but I got a non rubber one that was pink and it works great. Just make sure you get the 20mm band.

Great Alternative to the Overpriced Apple Watch! UPDATED REVIEW
This is my second Amazfit watch. I bought the original Stratos a few years ago and it’s still my go to watch for fitness tracking. I got the GTS2 as my everyday watch and I’m very happy with it. Very easy to set up with the Zepp app on my iPhone XS Max. I can also switch between the 2 watches and the app compiles all my health info from both. The GTS2 has a bright sharp screen that is easy to see outside and inside. The screen is Corning Gorilla Glass and fairly durable. I can answer phone calls directly on the watch and read texts. Can’t respond to texts on the watch (I’m sure that will be in a future software update). The watch has GPS plus Russian Glonass , EU Galileo and BDS. GPS is fairly accurate as it is also on my Stratos. There are over 90 Workout programs on the watch and as a health tracker the watch works fairly well. This is a great alternative to the over priced Apple Watches!! UPDATE 4-4-2023 After using the watch every day for over a year and half. Mine still functions like it did from day 1. I’m now using it paired with an iPhone 14 pro max and I’ve had no issues connecting. Everything functions as intended, screen is bright and colorful, battery last for days, GPS is fairly accurate. I do not use it for answering calls and have that function turned off. So I can’t speak for that. FYI my Amazfit Stratos which I’ve owned for over 4 years also still works with No issues. I’m not understanding all these 1 star complaints saying the good reviews are not real, I can assure whoever is reading this that I’m a real customer. That’s what Verified Purchase means!

Muy bueno. Cumple.

Looks cool
Looks cool. Would be nice if the watch weighs little more. Its too light though the body is steel. Looking for a good steel strap to make it complete.
