Always really good hot sauce

We transfer to an empty BBQ sauce squirt bottle. Much cheaper than buying the little bottles. We do eat much more of it now though... The downside is a micro plastic container instead of the usual glass.

I bought this, poured out enough to fill an OXO squeeze bottle, and put this in the freezer until it was needed again. I repeated this process multiple times, and it tasted just as good at the end as it did on first open. It has a good taste and a good heat profile if you like some heat but don't always want to sweat from your green sauce.
