Great crunch, not overly seasoned
These puffs are a great starter snack food for my 1 year old and a favorite for my older kiddo as well. They have a nice crunch and are perfectly sized for smaller hands and bites. They have a nice veggie dip flavor, similar to onion dip, but are not overly seasoned or salted. I have to purchase in bulk because my whole family snacks on them.

My Life Would Suck Without These
My 13 month old loves these in the Garden Tomato, Mild Cheddar, and Veggie Dip flavours. Like many children, my son's a picky eater, so I'm relieved when he likes anything at all. Amazon offers a great price for this crate of half dozen canisters, and they always arrive undamaged and fresh. These little unassuming snacks can turn a potentially bad, "hangry" toddler situation into a pleasurable experience. Our household is never without these, I highly recommend them.

Good Idea… Just Not My Toddler’s Favorite
I love the idea of veggie-forward snacks for toddlers. The texture is appropriate for little hands and chewing skills, and the packaging is convenient. That said, toddler approval is unpredictable. Mine wasn’t overly excited. Not rejected dramatically, but not devoured either. Taste may depend heavily on your child. Nutritionally thoughtful, but not a guaranteed win.
