Desde que empecé a usarlo, siento menos dolor en la espalda y mi postura ha mejorado mucho. 🙌 Pedí primero la talla S, pero me quedó muy ajustada. Mido 5’6” y peso 140 libras, así que la talla M me quedó perfecta. ✅ Es cómodo, fácil de poner y lo uso mientras trabajo en casa o hago cosas. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho si quieres cuidar tu espalda! 🧘‍♀️✨ I bought this posture corrector for myself and it’s been very helpful. Since I started using it, I’ve felt less back pain and my posture has really improved. 🙌 At first I ordered size S, but it felt too tight. I’m 5’6” and weigh 140 lbs, so size M fit me perfectly. ✅ It’s comfortable, easy to wear, and I use it while working at home or doing chores. I definitely recommend it if you want to take care of your back!

Undersized from U.S.A. perspective. Probably made in China for smaller people (both slimmer, shorter, smaller bodies). Get at least one size up from what they say in measuring. I am 6'0", 210, big frame American man. I got the 2XX size, the largest. Barely fits only modestly. It's too short in the back for one thing. Does not come up nearly as high on the shoulder blades in the back as shown in the photos. I can get it around my waist (42", I'm not fat at all), but mostly its just too short in the overall length of it in the back. It's like so many wearable things coming out of China. They make everything too small for Americans. The quality of this brace seems pretty good, and I think it will give decent support, so it's not a bad investment from that perspective; just needs to be bigger (mostly longer in the back). I guarantee you should buy at least one size bigger than you might think.

Good quality but I need Large

It's sturdy and keeps your spine aligned. But the bars on the inside eventually start coming out and not staying in place.

This was the second of this brand ordered: xl and XXL. Neither of these could be fitted for comfortable wear, binding under the arms and resulting in abrasion under each arm. They obviously were not engineered for 6ft tall and a 42 inch waist. It was a struggle to just get even the XXL on, and had to enlist my wife's assistance to stretch the straps to meet in front as intended. After two attempts to order according to posted mfg instructions, I want no exchange, but instead full credit.

La faja corrector de postuta esta muy bien, lo único que no me gustó es que los tirantes calan mucho en las activas y alrededor por que se aprieta y hace bolas le falta halgo mas acolchonado o ara qué se soporte esa presión de lo demas esta muy bien 👍

Easy anzulegen, für mich im Schulterblatt Bereich nicht breit genug , obwohl ich xl- Größe habe, ansonsten Gute Qualität .

Está muy bien la sujeción a la cintura es ancha y se sujeta bien, luego lo único las tiras que van por el hombro de mover los brazos duele el músculo de la axila pero bueno tendrá que ser así. Por lo demás sujeta muy bien y apoya la espalda genial

I have hEDS with chronic lower back pain. My posture has been bad for a while now and I’ve had slipped discs previously so having this has really helped with the pain levels as it supports the areas I’ve got issues whilst also correcting my posture. The only improvement that could be made is the shoulder straps as I’m constantly finding on the right side digging into me. Wearing a T-shirt under has made it more bearable but it still bothers me slightly. Otherwise this is the best purchase I’ve made in the last few years. Would definitely recommend just be careful not to wear it too frequently. I only wear it when I get pain/evenings so I’m hoping this usage will guide my back into a healthier posture.
