Will this work with straight talk via verizion towers or would it only work with verizion?

It certainly will despite the seller's reluctance to "guarantee" it. A phone that is this old is unlocked. I use mine on US Mobile which is another service using the Verizon network.

What kind of charger comes with phone...how many days can you try this phone out for?

The phone came to me in a fully shrink wrapped box with the LG charger. It is like a brand new phone. I've had mine fir a month and no issues. I don't know how long you can try it out.
