Flavour isn’t pleasant ( cherry ), but the purpose of them works quite well to provide energy and just general iron into the system DOES work well but I wouldn’t say it gives u LOTS Of energy for the WHOLE day tbh!

Great gummies if you like me cant stomach prescribed iron. It’s not as strong as prescription iron obviously but it’s much nicer to take and digest. Hardly any iron aftertaste and they’re very,very sweet.

DISGUSTING - taste like a nose bleed!
My teenage daughter needed some iron tablets and she asked me for gummies. I bought these saying they are cherry flavoured.. sorry but they are awful. We all tried one after my daughter made such a fuss… we all thought they tasted really strongly of blood and they have gone in the bin
