Does this ship with discrete packaging

It arrived in a clearly marked Abena box. Was not discrete.

Is shipping discreet?

Depends on the quantity ordered. Cases will come in a box clearly marked "Abena" (not discreet). Separated packages come in a blank Amazon shipping box (discreet).

Why dont the M4's come in Large?

the letter refers to the size. s is small, m is medium, l is large. the number refers to the absorbency level with 4 being the maximum absorbency level. thus, m4 would be a medium size in level 4 absorbency. you would need an l4 as the seller indicated.
